Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

Returned items must be:

  • Unused
  • In original packaging
  • In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be returnable once opened.

Refunds

Once the return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.
